Role Description The Production Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising daily production activities to meet output, quality, and safety targets.

The Production

Manager will coordinate workforce scheduling, allocate resources, and monitor production performance, taking corrective actions when needed. The role includes implementing and maintaining standard operating procedures, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and collaborating with maintenance, procurement, and quality teams to minimize downtime.

Manager will also track production metrics, prepare reports for leadership,



support process improvements, and mentor team members to enhance skills and productivity.

Qualifications

- Strong production planning and line management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple processes and shifts.
- Experience in electrical/electronic manufacturing or a similar industrial environment, with knowledge of shop-floor operations and equipment.
- Capability in quality control, safety management, and adherence to regulatory and company standards.
- Solid problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills, including use of production metrics and data for continuous improvement.
- Effective team leadership and people management skills, including training, performance feedback, and conflict resolution.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for coordination with cross-functional teams and reporting to management.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and production-related software or ERP systems.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, production management, industrial engineering, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune Division and manage day-to-day operations in a rapid-paced manufacturing environment.
