Job Title: Production and Process Efficiency Incharge

Reporting: VP-Operations

Location: Bhiwadi, Rajasthan

CTC: INR 18-24 LPA

Purpose of the Role

We are seeking a Production and Process Efficiency Incharge to achieve operational excellence through process optimization, cost reduction, and increased production efficiency.

Roles and Responsibilities

Process Optimization

· Analyze existing production processes to identify areas for improvement.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements.

· Continuously monitor and evaluate process performance to ensure optimal efficiency.

Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

· Improve Standard Operating Procedures for all production processes.

· Establish critical checkpoints in each process point to ensure quality and consistency.

· Train and educate production staff on SOPs and best practices.

Loss Reduction

· Identify sources of waste and inefficiency in production processes.

· Implement strategies to reduce losses and improve resource utilization.

· Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

Cost Reduction

· Analyze input costs and identify opportunities for cost savings.

· Work with suppliers to negotiate better terms and pricing.

· Implement cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.

Production Output Timing and Cycle

· Streamline production schedules to meet delivery timelines.

· Optimize production cycles to increase output without sacrificing quality.

· Ensure efficient allocation of resources to meet production targets.





Equipment Management

· Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of distillation columns, blending vessels, reactors, glass line reactors, hydrogenators, pyrolysis chambers, and other relevant equipment.

· Ensure that equipment is calibrated and functioning optimally to maintain product quality and efficiency.

Safety and Compliance

· Uphold and enforce safety protocols, ensuring a secure working environment for all employees.

· Ensure that all production activities adhere to regulatory and environmental compliance standards.

Product Quality Assurance

· Collaborate with the quality control team to maintain and improve product quality standards.

· Implement quality control checks at critical stages of production processes.

Energy Efficiency

· Identify opportunities for energy savings and implement energy-efficient practices.

· Evaluate energy consumption patterns and propose solutions for reducing energy costs.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in B.Tech or equivalent experience.

· Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, WHO-GMP, FSSC 22000, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 systems.

· 10-15 years of experience in production and process optimization.

· Strong knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and cost control.

· Proven track record of implementing process improvements and achieving cost savings.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Strong leadership and communication abilities.

· Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for data analysis.
