Job Title: Production Support Developer - Global Consumer Services

Location: Hyderabad, India

Job Summary: We are seeking a hands-on Production Support Developer to maintain and enhance Mattels legacy CRM and retail web applications, the middleware layers that connect them, and integrations to Salesforce Service Cloud and other enterprise services. This role is focused on day-to-day L2/L3 support, implementing small enhancements and bug fixes across back-end and front-end stacks (including HTML/CSS), troubleshooting integrations (.NET and PowerBuilder based), and keeping runbooks / monitoring current. The ideal candidate has strong .NET development skills, practical front-end experience (HTML/CSS), plus experience with legacy PowerBuilder apps, MSSQL, middleware/ESB, Avalara tax integrations and Salesforce integration patterns.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Support & Incident Management

- Provide L2/L3 production support for Legacy apps, middleware components and Salesforce Service Cloud integration points.
- Triage issues, deliver timely mitigation, and participate in RCA and post-incident reviews.
- Respond to on-call rotations and follow incident communication practices to keep stakeholders informed.

Development, Enhancements & Fixes

- Implement small to medium application enhancements and bug fixes across .NET web apps, PowerBuilder modules, integration mappings, and front-end UI (HTML/CSS).
- Build and maintain responsive, accessible UI components, update web pages, and fix cross-browser layout or styling issues.
- Develop, test and deploy code changes: C#/.NET, ASP.NET (Framework/Core), PowerBuilder fixes, HTML5/CSS3, SQL scripts and middleware configuration changes.
- Perform code reviews, unit testing and assist with regression testing to ensure changes do not impact production stability.

Front-end / UI Support

- Troubleshoot and fix front-end issues (layout, styling, responsive behavior) using HTML5, CSS3, and browser developer tools.
- Ensure consistent styling, cross-browser compatibility and accessibility best practices for admin/portal pages and small customer-facing UI elements that the team supports.
- Work with UX/BA stakeholders to implement small UI changes or cosmetic enhancements as part of release cycles.





.NET & Web Platform Ownership

- Maintain and troubleshoot .NET applications (C#, ASP.NET MVC/Web API, .NET Framework/.NET Core), IIS configuration and app pools, web.config settings, SSL/TLS and session issues.
- Build/adjust APIs used by integrations and ensure secure, resilient endpoints.

Database, Batch Jobs & Tax Integrations

- Work with MSSQL: T-SQL, stored procs, SQL Agent jobs, backups/restores and performance tuning.
- Support ETL/SSIS jobs and scheduled batch processes involved in data flows and image/content pipelines.
- Troubleshoot and maintain Avalara tax integration points (API calls, error handling, reconciliation).

Runbooks, Monitoring & Automation

- Maintain and update runbooks, playbooks, and TRP/DR documentation; participate in DR tests and BCP activities.
- Automate operational tasks and routine checks using PowerShell, Python or other scripting.

Change & Release Practices

- Follow change management processes: build deployment artifacts, validate release readiness, perform post-deploy verification and support rollbacks as required.
- Work with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git/TFS/SVN) to deliver safe, auditable changes.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

- Experience:
- 5+ years’ experience supporting production enterprise applications and integrations; experience in a production support or application developer role.
- Hands-on .NET development experience (C#, ASP.NET MVC/Web API, .NET Framework and/or .NET Core).
- Practical front-end experience: HTML5 and CSS3 (responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, basic accessibility).
- Experience with PowerBuilder (PowerScript, DataWindow/DataStore) or willingness to learn quickly for legacy support tasks.
- Strong MSSQL skills (T-SQL, stored procedures,



SQL Agent job management, performance troubleshooting).
- Practical experience with middleware/ESB tooling (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, IBM MQ, TIBCO or similar) and API integration patterns.
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud integrations (REST/SOAP/Bulk APIs, Platform Events) or equivalent CRM integrations.
- Experience with Avalara or other tax integration services is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Windows Server and IIS administration (including older versions such as Windows Server 2012R2).

- Technical Skills:
- C#, ASP.NET (MVC/Web API), .NET Framework and/or .NET Core.
- HTML5, CSS3 (responsive layouts, Flexbox/Grid, cross-browser testing), and familiarity with browser dev tools for debugging.
- PowerBuilder / PowerScript.
- MSSQL Server, T-SQL, SSIS and SQL Agent jobs.
- Middleware/ESB experience and integration troubleshooting.
- Salesforce integration knowledge (connected apps, OAuth, REST/SOAP/Bulk APIs, platform events).
- Scripting (PowerShell, Python) for automation and operational tooling.
- Source control and CI/CD tooling (Git/TFS/SVN, pipeline familiarity).

Experience with content/image pipelines and publishing flows (SMC, IM, PIM).

Familiarity with cloud-hosted integration services or Azure/AWS platform basics.

Certifications in Microsoft/.NET, Salesforce, middleware platforms or ITIL/ITSM foundation.
