Main Tasks

:

Responsible for System maintenance, coordinating for preparation of BRD, System change requirement, UAT, maintaining the records of UAT done, Preparation of Training PPT, SOP preparation and Providing system training to the team.

Areas of Responsibility

:

- Maintain all the tasks related to system development. Plans and calendar for Follow up on actionable by all stakeholders
- Giving System requirements as per the decisions taken by management and coordinating to get the changes done
- Maintaining close coordination with vendors related to supply of data and IT systems
- Record keeping and maintenance of approval and communications related to system changes
- Handling branch queries and helping branches for requirement of operational blocks,



changes required, situational issues arising out of system logics.
- Maintaining end to end track of all IT activities happening through the team.
