POSITION SUMMARY

CCIPL is seeking a highly experienced, technically driven, and globally oriented Process Validation & Advanced Quality Excellence Leader to establish and strengthen world-class operational quality systems, process validation standards, OEM manufacturing discipline, ESG-oriented manufacturing practices, and advanced process-control systems within the organization.

The selected candidate will lead critical quality and validation functions related to zinc flake coatings, dip-spin coating systems, fastener coating technologies, surface-treatment operations, and corrosion-protection systems for automotive, renewable-energy, industrial, and infrastructure sectors.

This role requires a strategic technical leader capable of integrating quality excellence, process validation, customer compliance, digital traceability, sustainability systems, audit readiness, and continuous operational improvement into day-to-day manufacturing operations.

The role will directly contribute to the future growth of CCIPL as an internationally benchmarked advanced manufacturing and corrosion-engineering organization.

ORGANIZATIONAL ROLE & LEADERSHIP IMPACT

This role is a strategic leadership position within CCIPL’s manufacturing and operational excellence structure.

The Process Validation & Advanced Quality Excellence Leader will work closely with:

- Management and leadership teams
- Production and plant operations
- Laboratory and testing teams
- Maintenance and engineering departments
- Supply chain and inward inspection teams
- Customer quality and OEM representatives
- ESG and sustainability initiatives
- External laboratories, auditors, and certification agencies The role is expected to influence the future operational standards, process maturity, and global manufacturing capability development of the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Process Validation & Operational Excellence
- Lead overall process validation and operational quality excellence initiatives across coating operations
- Establish process-control systems for zinc flake, dip-spin, zinc plating, and advanced surface-treatment processes
- Develop validation methodologies for coating thickness, adhesion, curing, corrosion resistance, torque-control, and functional performance
- Drive process capability improvement and reduction of operational variability
- Monitor process consistency and ensure stable production performance
- Develop and implement operational process discipline across manufacturing departments

Quality Management Systems

- Develop, implement, maintain, and improve advanced quality-management systems
- Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements and OEM expectations
- Support implementation and maintenance of CQI-12, IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 systems
- Develop SOPs, process sheets, control plans, validation documents, and inspection procedures
- Maintain operational traceability and documentation systems
- Drive layered process audits and internal quality-review systems

Incoming, In-Process & Outgoing Quality Systems
- Lead inward inspection, process inspection, and final inspection activities
- Develop process-monitoring and product-validation systems
- Ensure release approvals for dispatch and customer certification requirements
- Monitor non-conforming products and implement corrective-action systems
- Establish statistical process-control systems and data-based monitoring practices

OEM & Customer Quality Interface
- Support customer audits, process validations, and technical approvals
- Coordinate with OEM and Tier-1 customer quality teams
- Handle customer complaints, root-cause analysis, and corrective-action implementation
- Support customer PPAP documentation and process-validation requirements
- Ensure customer confidence through process discipline and quality consistency

ESG & Sustainable Manufacturing Systems
- Promote ESG-focused operational practices within manufacturing systems
- Support environmentally responsible manufacturing practices




- Develop sustainable operational systems with focus on resource efficiency and waste reduction
- Support safe, inclusive, and responsible manufacturing culture
- Promote ethical operational governance and process accountability

Continuous Improvement & Manufacturing Excellence
- Lead CAPA, 8D, FMEA, SPC, and continuous-improvement initiatives
- Improve operational efficiency and quality performance
- Reduce rejection rates, process variation, and quality-related losses
- Develop preventive-quality and proactive operational systems
- Support digital quality systems, data integrity, and future smart-manufacturing initiatives

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

- Minimum 10+ years relevant industrial experience
- Strong industrial experience in:

COMPENSATION
