Job Summary

Policybazaar is looking for an experienced Process Trainer to handle training and development for the B2C sales/voice process. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sales training, voice processes, and key business performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct process, product, sales, and refresher training for new and existing employees.
- Identify training gaps and implement effective learning interventions.
- Conduct regular training, coaching, and upskilling sessions.
- Monitor training effectiveness and track post-training performance.
- Work closely with Operations and Quality teams to identify performance gaps.
- Support improvement in agent productivity, conversion, and sales performance.
- Prepare training reports and share performance updates with stakeholders.




- Ensure employees are aligned with process guidelines, quality standards, and business objectives.

Must-Have Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Process/Sales Training.
- Mandatory experience in a Voice Process.
- Robust B2C Sales experience.
- Hands-on experience with Throughput, PTK, and MKT.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to manage and train a large team.
- Candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days are preferred.
