Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Excellence leader with a robust background in process implementation, Agile software product delivery, QA leadership, process maturity, and support operations.

The ideal candidate will be highly process-oriented, capable of defining and institutionalizing structured delivery frameworks, driving operational excellence, and leading Quality Assurance across the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker who can establish governance while ensuring successful project execution and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

Process Excellence & Governance :

- Design, implement, and institutionalize standardized delivery and operational processes across software development, QA and delivery teams.
- Lead the software productization process.
- Establish governance frameworks, SOPs, quality standards, and best practices.
- Drive process maturity, continuous improvement initiatives, and operational excellence, and SLAs.
- Monitor process adherence and define KPIs and metrics for delivery performance.
- Lead process audits and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Agile Delivery Management :

- Lead Agile delivery across multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure effective Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Coach Scrum Masters, Project Managers, and delivery teams on Agile best practices.
- Track delivery metrics including velocity, predictability, quality, and team productivity.
- Manage stakeholder communication, delivery risks, dependencies, and escalations.

QA Leadership :

- Head the Quality Assurance function across projects.
- Define and implement enterprise-wide QA strategy, testing standards, and quality frameworks across software products and related services.
- Oversee Manual, Automation, API, Performance, and Regression Testing initiatives.
- Ensure defect prevention,



quality gates, release readiness, and continuous quality improvement.
- Collaborate with development teams to embed quality throughout the SDLC.
- Lead product implementation and customer onboarding process maturity initiatives.
- Define SLAs, support processes, and escalation mechanisms.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management :

- Lead, mentor, and develop delivery, QA, and implementation teams.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Business, and Customer Success teams.
- Present quality metrics, and process improvements to senior leadership.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 12 years of experience in IT Delivery, Process Excellence, Agile, and Quality Assurance.
- Proven experience in implementing structured processes and delivery governance.
- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
- Experience leading enterprise QA teams and defining testing strategies.
- Hands-on understanding of SDLC, STLC, release management, and support operations.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and people management skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, or PMI-ACP.
- PMP or Prince2 certification is an advantage.
- Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation frameworks.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.
- Knowledge of quality management frameworks and process improvement methodologies.
