1. Role Objective

Develop and manage a structured procurement and supply chain function supporting rapidly scaling operations, optimizing material procurement costs, inventory flow, vendor management, and logistics.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Source, negotiate with, and onboard reliable vendors for packaging materials, raw materials, POSM, and operational supplies.
- Generate and manage Purchase Orders (POs), delivery schedules, and payment cycles adhering to corporate guidelines.
- Perform inventory planning, stock level monitoring, and demand-supply alignment to avoid stock-outs or over-stocking.
- Coordinate logistics, dispatch schedules, freight partners, and warehouse deliveries for seamless supply chain flow.
- Maintain comprehensive Procurement MIS, tracking cost variances, order statuses, and vendor performance metrics.
- Identify cost-optimization initiatives and lean supply chain practices across all procurement channels.

Preferred Background & Qualifications

- 3- 5 years of practical experience in Procurement/Supply Chain within FMCG, Alcobev, Packaging, or Manufacturing.
- Robust commercial negotiation, contract handling, and vendor evaluation skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, inventory software, and advanced MS Excel.
- Understanding of packaging materials specifications, quality parameters, and freight logistics.
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, Business, or Engineering.
