We are looking for a Privacy Analyst to support our Privacy Compliance team, with a primary focus on DSAR fulfilment and privacy incident management.

Required skills

- DSAR management and privacy incident handling

• Hands-on experience with OneTrust

- Knowledge of U.S. privacy laws, including CCPA/CPRA, GLBA, FCRA, and TCPA
- Robust stakeholder coordination and written communication skills

Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end DSAR intake and fulfilment
- Coordinate with Business, IT, and Legal teams
- Maintain accurate audit trails in OneTrust
- Support privacy incident response and documentation
- Track SLAs and regulatory compliance activities
- Provide PIA support as the role evolves

Good to have

- PIA support experience
- Exposure to OnBase and workflow tools
- Regulatory documentation and compliance operations experience
