About the Role

We are seeking a motivated, well-presented Private Butler for a private HNI/UHNI household. This role suits an early-to-mid career professional with a strong foundation in formal service — either from private household experience or from a prestigious hotel background — looking to grow within private service.

Location : India (with possible domestic and international travel)

Employment Type : Full time

Key Responsibilities

- Provide formal table and beverage service to high standards, including for guests and family events
- Assist with day-to-day household operations and coordinate with other staff (housekeeping, chauffeurs, chefs, security)
- Support wardrobe care, packing, and valet duties for principals as needed
- Maintain household inventory — silverware, china, linens, and other service items
- Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and logistics as required
- Accompany the family on travel when needed, maintaining service standards while away
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality regarding all family and household matters
- Learn and adapt to the specific preferences and routines of the household,



working toward greater autonomy over time

Candidate Requirements

- 2–6 years of relevant experience , either as a butler in a private household or in a similar formal service role at a 5-star/luxury hotel (e.g., guest relations, VIP services, in-room dining supervisor, or butler service department)
- Candidates from butler-adjacent roles (house steward, valet, senior service staff) are welcome to apply, though direct butler experience will be prioritized
- Fluent spoken and written English required ; additional languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel with the family as needed
- Strong grooming, presentation, and professional demeanor
- Working knowledge of formal etiquette and fine dining service standards; willingness to be trained further
- Valid passport preferred
- References from previous employers, verifiable
