The product design team at BOMBAYDC helps enterprises make better product decisions. We uncover the real problem, and work alongside our behaviour science and engineering teams to bring products to life.

The Opportunity

We believe the most valuable designers are those who can solve business problems. Most enterprises already have some kind of design & lots of technology. What they often lack is clarity on what to build, why it matters and how customers will actually use it.

The role sits at the intersection of product strategy, design leadership, client management, and team development.

You will be responsible for helping clients solve complex business and product problems, leading multidisciplinary teams, shaping product direction, and driving successful outcomes across multiple engagements.

Experience in Banking, Financial Services, B2B SaaS, Enterprise Platforms or Commerce is valuable. Most importantly, we're looking for people who take ownership, challenge assumptions and care deeply about creating products that deliver meaningful outcomes.

Success in this role

Within 3-6 months, clients should trust your judgement, designers should seek your guidance,



and teams should move faster because of the clarity you create.

Over time, we expect people in this role to grow into Pod Heads capable of leading teams, managing client relationships, driving revenue, and shaping the future direction of BOMBAYDC.

This role is open at both Principal Product Designer and Associate Design Director levels. The final level will be determined through the interview process based on demonstrated capability.
