Role Description The Procurement Lead is a full time remote role responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities within Pharmint’s cross-border pharma marketplace. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, evaluating supplier performance, and ensuring timely and compliant fulfillment of orders. The role involves leading contract negotiations, optimizing procurement processes, monitoring market trends and pricing, and using analytical insights to drive cost savings and efficiency.

Lead will collaborate with internal stakeholders such as operations, compliance,
and finance to align procurement strategies with business objectives and maintain strong supplier relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong procurement and purchase order management skills, with experience handling end-to-end procurement cycles.
- Demonstrated ability in supplier evaluation and vendor management, including assessing quality, reliability, and compliance.
- Proficiency in contract negotiation, with a track record of securing favorable terms and mitigating risk.
- Advanced analytical skills for evaluating pricing, demand, and supplier performance, and for supporting data-driven decisions.
- Experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or regulated industries is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with cross-border trade, import/export regulations, and global supply chain practices is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote, multicultural environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Procurement, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) are an advantage.
