Requirements

- 6+ months of Sales experience in Real Estate preferred, but not mandatory.
- Robust follow-up, coordination and lead-handling skills
- Education: Skills over qualifications
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify incoming leads and pass genuine prospects to the Sales Team
- Respond promptly to every new lead
- Maintain consistent follow-ups and lead nurturing
- Track every lead until closure
- Maintain accurate and timely updates in the CRM software
