Job Title: PR & Business Development Executive

About the role The Crypto Times is a Google News–approved blockchain and digital asset publication known for its strong India-market coverage and global readership. We're looking for a PR & Business Development Executive who can open doors, close partnerships, and build relationships with clients across the global crypto ecosystem — exchanges, protocols, Web3 projects, PR agencies, and event organizers worldwide. This is a role for someone comfortable pitching over email one hour and holding their own on a video call with a founder or CMO the next.

Key responsibilities

Business development

- Identify and pursue revenue and partnership opportunities across the global crypto market — exchanges, protocols, Web3 projects, PR agencies, and event organizers.
- Build and manage relationships with clients and partners worldwide, from first outreach to signed deal and beyond.
- Own outreach campaigns to decision-makers (CEOs, CMOs, PR/comms leads) and follow through to conversion.

Media partnerships & PR

- Negotiate and manage media partnerships, sponsored content deals, and cross-promotion arrangements.
- Handle incoming and outgoing press releases — coordinating, reviewing, and placing them in line with editorial standards.
- Represent The Crypto Times at conferences and industry events (virtual and in-person),



and secure media accreditation and coverage opportunities.

Communication

- Draft and manage professional email communication for outreach, follow-ups, and deal negotiation.
- Lead video-call communication — pitches, partnership discussions, and relationship management with clients and partners globally, across time zones.
- Maintain clear internal reporting on pipeline status, deals in progress, and partnership performance.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in PR, business development, media sales, or partnerships (crypto/fintech/media industry preferred).
- Candidates currently working or previously working as a PR Executive are encouraged to apply.
- Strong written and spoken English; confident on camera and over calls with international partners.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships across different regions and time zones.
- Working understanding of the crypto/blockchain space, or the ability to learn it fast.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals independently.

Nice to have

- Existing network within crypto exchanges, protocols, or Web3 media (global or regional).
- Experience with CRM tools and outreach/pipeline management.
- Familiarity with press release distribution and media accreditation processes.
