Role Description The Podcast Video Editor is a full-time role based in Mumbai, responsible for transforming recorded podcast conversations into polished, engaging video content for multiple digital platforms. Day-to-day tasks include editing long-form and short-form video episodes, synchronizing audio and video, adding motion graphics and titles, and ensuring high-quality visual standards.

The role involves color grading, formatting content for social media, and creating promotional video snippets to support audience growth and brand visibility.

Qualifications





- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing for podcast and social media formats.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to achieve consistent and appealing visual tone.
- Ability to create Motion Graphics and Graphics for titles, overlays, and promotional assets.
- Experience with professional editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Understanding of audio editing basics and syncing audio with video for clear, high-quality output.
- Knowledge of social media video best practices and formats (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Spotify video, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Relevant education or certification in film, media, communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in podcast or interview-style content editing is an advantage.
