You will own end-to-end plant operations, covering production, quality, EHS, manpower,process discipline, equipment readiness,and delivery performance. Key responsibilities include leading daily plant operations, establishing production plans.
Required Candidate profile
B.E./B.Tech (Electronics/Electrical) with 6-10 years of experience in li-ion battery/BESS or electrical manufacturing. Requires proven shop-floor leadership, lean manufacturing, and CAPA expertise.
