To manage the Plant & Machinery department efficiently by overseeing the operations, maintenance, and manpower management of all construction site equipment and machinery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and cost-effectiveness.

Role & responsibilities :

1. Experience in plant & machinery department specially building projects and manage workshop.
2. Deep understanding of the working of Tower Crane, DG, Boom Pump, Hoist, Backhoe loaders, Telehandlers, Concrete Pump and all equipment in any typical construction site
3. Responsible for the uptime, safety and productivity
4. Deep understanding of the business exigencies and ability to translate business objectives into the objectives of the P&M; department
5. Manage spare parts inventory, optimize costs
6. Lead, Mobilize and train the required man power for the operations of the vertical
7. Positive communication skills and interpersonal skills
8. Ability to handle ERP is an added advantage
9. A people's manager who can keep the motivation of the team members levels high
10. Should be Potential, Innovative and individual performer

Preferred candidate profile Education : B.E / B. Tech / Diploma in (Mechanical and Electrical)

Experience : 18 years to 24 years
