Role Description The Placement Officer role at Linkcode Technologies is a full time, on-site position based in Shivajinagar, Pune. In this role, the Placement Officer coordinates with hiring partners and companies to identify suitable job opportunities for learners and alumni, and maintains strong relationships with corporate recruiters. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing placement drives, scheduling interviews, managing candidate pipelines, and tracking placement-related data and outcomes.

Officer conducts pre-placement orientations, helps candidates improve resumes and interview skills, and ensures timely communication between learners, trainers, and employers.



The role also involves gathering feedback from recruiters, analyzing placement trends, and supporting continuous improvement of training programs to meet current industry demands.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with corporate partners and learners.
- Experience in placement coordination, recruitment support, career services, or a related field, preferably within an educational or training institute.
- Ability to organize events such as campus drives, job fairs, and employer sessions, including scheduling, logistics, and stakeholder coordination.
- Proficiency in using office productivity tools and basic data management for tracking placements, generating reports, and maintaining candidate records.
- Solid understanding of corporate hiring processes and current job market trends in IT and software-related roles.
- Strong counseling and guidance skills to support learners with resume writing, interview preparation, and career planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in management, HR, or education services is an advantage.
- Proactive, detail-oriented work style, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
