- Longevity Physician – Preventive & Longevity Medicine

Key Responsibilities :-

- Comprehensive Longevity Assessments
- Conduct detailed medical consultations and comprehensive health assessments.
- Review medical history, lifestyle, family history, medications and health goals.
- Assess cardiovascular, metabolic, hormonal, nutritional, inflammatory and lifestyle-related risk factors.
- Evaluate health and ageing-related biomarkers and diagnostic reports.
- Identify potential health risks and opportunities for preventive intervention.

2. Diagnostics & Biomarker Interpretation
- Review and interpret blood investigations, metabolic markers, hormonal parameters and other relevant diagnostic assessments.
- Analyze advanced longevity and wellness assessments where applicable, including biological age, body composition, cardiovascular health and other health-optimization markers.
- Translate complex diagnostic findings into transparent and actionable recommendations for clients.
- Establish appropriate clinical pathways and referrals whenever required.

3. Personalized Health & Longevity Plans




- Develop individualized health optimization plans based on clinical findings, diagnostics and client goals.
- Provide evidence-based recommendations relating to nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress management, recovery and lifestyle.
- Develop preventive strategies for metabolic health, cardiovascular risk, healthy ageing and overall wellbeing.
- Monitor progress and modify plans based on outcomes and follow-up assessments.

4. Clinical Oversight
- Provide medical supervision for wellness and longevity protocols delivered at the centre.
- Ensure all clinical interventions are performed within appropriate medical, ethical and regulatory standards.
- Develop and follow clinical SOPs, protocols, consent processes and escalation pathways.
- Monitor client safety and identify situations requiring specialist referral or emergency medical intervention.
- Participate in clinical case reviews and quality improvement initiatives.

5. Multidisciplinary Collaboration Work closely with:

- Longevity Coaches
- Nutritionists / Dietitians
- Nurses
- Fitness & Personal Training Team
- Recovery Therapists
- Psychologists / Mental Wellness Team
- Physiotherapists
- Other healthcare professionals

6. Client Relationship & Education
- Build long-term relationships with members and act as their trusted medical advisor.
- Explain medical findings and recommendations in simple, understandable language.
- Educate clients on preventive health, healthy ageing and lifestyle optimization.
- Demonstrate empathy, professionalism and confidentiality in every interaction.
- Provide a premium, personalized and high-touch client experience.

7. Follow-Up & Outcome Monitoring
- Conduct periodic medical reviews.
- Track changes in biomarkers,



health metrics, lifestyle adherence and clinical outcomes.
- Review progress against individualized longevity goals.
- Adjust recommendations based on clinical response and new diagnostic information.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.

2) Nurse – Longevity & Wellness Centre

Key Responsibilities :-

Clinical & Patient Care

- Assist physicians during consultations and clinical assessments.
- Record vital signs, medical history and relevant health information.
- Prepare clients for diagnostic assessments and clinical procedures.
- Monitor clients before, during and after clinical interventions.
- Identify and promptly escalate any adverse symptoms or clinical concerns.

Longevity & Wellness Programs
- Support the delivery of physician-approved longevity and wellness protocols.
- Assist with health assessments, monitoring and follow-up programs.
- Support appropriate clinical procedures as per approved protocols and scope of practice.
- Educate clients regarding pre- and post-procedure care.

IV / Clinical Procedures
- Perform IV access, blood collection and other nursing procedures within qualifications and approved clinical protocols.
- Administer medications/treatments only as prescribed and authorized.
- Monitor clients throughout procedures.
- Maintain strict infection-control and patient-safety standards.
- Maintain emergency readiness and follow escalation protocols.

Client Experience
- Provide compassionate, professional and personalized care.
- Explain procedures clearly to clients before commencement.
- Maintain privacy, dignity and confidentiality.
- Ensure clients receive a premium healthcare experience throughout their visit.

Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain accurate nursing and clinical records.
- Update EMR/medical documentation as required.
- Follow clinical SOPs, infection-control procedures and safety protocols.
- Maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment.
- Report incidents, adverse events and safety concerns immediately.
