Your mandate is transparent

- Capture high-quality photographs across properties and brand initiatives
- Edit and enhance images to meet visual and brand standards
- Leverage AI-powered tools to improve creative output and efficiency
- Support marketing, social media, and design teams with visual content
- Maintain an organized repository of photography assets
- Continuously improve visual storytelling and content quality

This is not a documentation role. It is a content creation role focused on visual quality, creativity, and execution.

What you will be responsible for

1.Capture Visual Content

- Photograph properties, rooms, amenities, events, and brand moments
- Capture content for social media, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms
- Ensure photographs are visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines
- Support creative shoots across business units when required

2.Edit & Enhance Images

- Edit and retouch photographs using industry-standard tools
- Improve image quality through color correction, lighting adjustments, and composition enhancements
- Maintain consistency across all visual assets
- Use AI-powered editing tools to improve efficiency and output quality

3.Support Content Production

- Assist with planning and execution of photography requirements
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and social media teams
- Support content creation initiatives and campaign requirements
- Contribute ideas for improving visual storytelling

4.Manage Creative Assets

- Organize and maintain photography libraries and creative assets
- Ensure proper tagging, storage, and accessibility of content
- Maintain version control and asset quality standards

5.Learn, Experiment & Improve

- Stay updated with photography trends and editing techniques
- Explore AI tools and creative technologies
- Continuously improve photography, editing, and content creation skills
- Experiment with new styles, formats, and creative approaches

- Consistently delivers high-quality visual content
- Supports marketing and social media teams with timely creative assets

Experience we value

- Internship, freelance, academic, or personal project experience in photography
- Basic to good knowledge of Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar editing tools
- Familiarity with AI-powered photo editing and enhancement tools
- Understanding of photography fundamentals such as composition, framing, and lighting
- Basic video editing skills are an added advantage
- Portfolio of photography work preferred
