About the role:

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms. Agency experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
- Manage campaign budgets and maximize ROI through continuous performance optimization.
- Monitor campaign performance using key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and ad copy optimization.
- Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights to improve performance.
- Create regular campaign performance reports and present recommendations.
- Collaborate with the creative, content, SEO, and web development teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates,



and best practices in digital advertising.
- Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and other productivity tools to enhance campaign planning, content ideation, and reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 2–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing (Digital Agency experience preferred).
- Solid hands-on experience with:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads
- Positive understanding of campaign optimization, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance.
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
