About The Role

We are looking for a motivated Performance Marketing Intern who is eager to learn and build hands-on experience in digital advertising, campaign management, and performance optimization across major advertising platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning, launching, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns.
- Support campaign management across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic performance reports.
- Assist in analyzing metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, conversions, and ROAS.
- Support the team in optimizing campaigns based on performance data.
- Conduct basic competitor and market research.
- Assist with creating marketing creatives and campaign assets.
- Work closely with the marketing team to achieve campaign objectives.

Mandatory Skills
- Basic understanding of Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing.
- Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Proficiency in Canva and CapCut.
- Good understanding of social media and digital advertising concepts.




- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and willingness to learn.

Education & Certification
- Digital Marketing certification or
- Relevant internship experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing.

Preferred

- Candidates with practical experience running or assisting with Google Ads or Meta Ads campaigns.
- Basic understanding of conversion tracking, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
