We help Indians learn English through an AI teacher. We focus on small cities where people haven't had good access to quality learning. For a learner in Patna, good English opens doors — to jobs, confidence, better conversations.

Why we need you

Most people who download the app never see the upgrade offer. Some see it but don't click. Some click but don't pay. We need to understand why and find ways to help more people become paying users. You'll work on this every day.

What you'll do

- Manage our ads on Meta and Google — understand what we're spending, where ads are running, and which ones work.
- Track the numbers — learn how many people download, how many upgrade, and what it costs us per paying user.
- Run experiments — test new ads, new audiences, new landing pages. See what makes people upgrade more.




- Build dashboards — create simple spreadsheets or tools so the team can see our numbers without digging.
- Answer questions — when the team asks "why did costs go up?" or "which campaign works best?" you'll have the answer.

What we're looking for

- 2-3 years of paid ads experience — in apps, subscriptions, or e-commerce. You know Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Comfortable with numbers — you can read a spreadsheet, write basic SQL, and care about getting the numbers right.
- Curious — you run experiments and actually want to know why something worked or failed.
- Honest — you've killed ads that weren't working and learned from mistakes.
- Action over perfection — you'd rather ship something and learn from it than wait for it to be perfect.
