We’re looking for a Performance Marketer who knows how to turn ad spend into users, installs, and revenue.
You’ll be responsible for scaling our Applications through Meta Ads, Google Ads and other paid acquisition channels, with a strong focus on User Acquisition, CPI, CPA, ROAS and in-app conversions/purchases.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan, launch and optimize mobile app acquisition campaigns
- Scale campaigns across Meta & Google Ads/UAC
- Drive high-volume quality app installs and in-app conversions
- Monitor and optimize CPI, CPA, ROAS, CAC, LTV and retention
- Conduct continuous creative, audience and campaign testing
- Identify winning creatives and scale them aggressively
- Manage budgets and make data-driven allocation decisions
- Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Work closely with the Creative & Product teams to improve acquisition and conversion
- Take ownership of performance from campaign launch → scaling → optimization
Required
- 2–4 years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience
- Strong experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Prior experience with mobile app marketing / app installs / user acquisition
- Experience working with CPI, CPA, ROAS and conversion metrics
- Experience managing and scaling meaningful ad budgets
- Strong analytical and optimization skills
- Ability to test, learn quickly and scale winning campaigns
- Experience with in-app purchases/events will be a strong advantage
This isn't a role where you'll simply manage campaigns. You'll get the opportunity to own app growth, experiment with creatives, scale winning campaigns and directly influence user acquisition and revenue.
