Role Description The Pediatric Dentist will provide comprehensive dental care to infants, children, and adolescents in an on-site, full-time role based in Gurugram.

Responsibilities include performing clinical examinations, diagnosing dental and oral conditions, developing treatment plans, and delivering preventive and restorative pediatric dental treatments. The role involves educating patients and caregivers on oral hygiene, dietary habits, and preventive care, as well as managing dental emergencies and coordinating care with other dental and medical professionals when needed.

adhere to infection control and safety protocols, and contribute to a positive, reassuring experience for young patients and their families.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Medicine and Dentistry, with the ability to integrate general health considerations into dental care.
- Specialized expertise in Pediatric Dentistry, including behavior management, preventive care, and child-specific treatment planning.
- Proficiency in Oral Surgery and related procedures appropriate for pediatric patients, such as extractions and minor surgical interventions.
- Comprehensive skills in Dental Care, including diagnostics, restorative treatments, and long-term oral health management for children.
- Recognized dental degree (BDS/MDS) from an accredited institution, with specialization or certification in Pediatric Dentistry preferred.
- Valid dental license/registration in India and familiarity with current clinical guidelines and infection control standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with children and caregivers, with a calm and empathetic chairside manner.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary clinical team and adapt to a fast-paced, technology-driven setting.
