Key Responsibilities

- - 3D Modeling
- - Develop and manage detailed 3D models of structural components and assemblies using Tekla Structures for real estate projects.
- Model Coordination
- - Coordinate and integrate models with design teams to ensure accuracy and consistency across all project elements.
- Clash Detection
- - Conduct clash detection within Tekla models to identify and resolve potential issues prior to construction.
- Drawing Extraction
- - Generate fabrication and installation drawings from 3D models, ensuring compliance with design specifications and standards.
- Quality Assurance
- - Review and verify model integrity and accuracy, maintaining high standards of quality and adherence to project timelines.

Must HaveEssential requirements

- - Experience
- - 2-5 years of experience in Tekla modeling, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
- Education
- - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or a related field.
