Job Profile

We are looking for an experienced Payment Collection Executive to manage customer payment collections both from the office and by visiting the market/customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect outstanding payments from customers through office and market visits.
- Visit dealers, retailers, and customers for payment follow-ups.
- Maintain proper records of collected and pending payments.
- Coordinate with the accounts and sales team regarding outstanding amounts.
- Follow up regularly with customers for timely payments.
- Deposit/submit collected payments as per company procedure.
- Prepare daily collection and pending-payment reports.




- Maintain positive relationships with customers while ensuring timely recovery.

Requirements
- 4 years of relevant experience in payment collection/recovery.
- Experience in electrical distribution or a similar business will be preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to travel in the market for collection work.
- Basic knowledge of payment records and accounts.
- Honest, responsible, and punctual.
