We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Outreach & Growth Marketing Intern to support our growth initiatives through strategic outreach, partnerships, lead generation, and digital marketing activities.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, exploring growth opportunities, building relationships, and experimenting with marketing strategies . You will work closely with the growth and marketing team and get hands-on exposure to startup growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Outreach & Lead Generation

- Identify and research potential users, creators, experts, communities, institutions, brands, and partners.
- Build and maintain relevant outreach databases.
- Conduct outreach through email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, social media, and other relevant channels.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain consistent communication.
- Track responses, leads, conversions, and follow-ups.

2. Growth Marketing

- Assist in developing and executing growth campaigns.
- Identify new channels and opportunities for user acquisition.
- Support referral, engagement, and community growth initiatives.
- Research competitor activities, market trends, and emerging growth opportunities.
- Suggest and test new ideas to improve user acquisition and engagement.

3. Partnerships & Collaborations

- Identify potential collaboration and partnership opportunities.
- Reach out to creators,



educators, experts, communities, institutions, and organizations.
- Assist in coordinating collaboration discussions and maintaining partner relationships.
- Support partnership campaigns and track their outcomes.

4. Digital & Social Media Support

- Support social media campaigns and promotional activities.
- Assist with content distribution and community engagement.
- Help identify relevant communities and platforms for organic promotion.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide basic insights.

5. Reporting & Analytics

- Maintain outreach and campaign trackers.
- Monitor key growth metrics such as leads generated, responses, meetings, conversions, and engagement.
- Prepare regular reports on outreach and growth activities.
- Analyze what is working and suggest improvements.

Skills Required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong written communication.
- Comfortable with cold outreach and follow-ups.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media.
- Good research and lead-generation skills.
- Ability to use Google Sheets/Excel and basic productivity tools.
