Role Description The Outreach Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Guwahati. The role involves engaging with schools, colleges, parents, and career aspirants to promote NETWORKING’s services and build long-term relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and conducting outreach campaigns, organizing and supporting workshops and events, coordinating with internal teams to deliver programs, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and follow-ups.

Executive will also gather feedback from stakeholders,



contribute to improvement of services, and represent the organization at community events and educational forums. This position requires regular on-site visits and local travel to partner institutions and organizations.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with students, parents, and educators.
- Experience in outreach, community engagement, or educational services, preferably in a similar role.
- Organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to coordinate events, workshops, and meetings.
- Basic proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentations) and comfort with using digital platforms for communication.
- Understanding of career guidance, counseling concepts, or student development will be an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Guwahati, with flexibility for local travel as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; qualifications in education, psychology, social work, or management are preferred but not mandatory.
