Role Description The Oracle WebCenter Content (WCC) & Enterprise Capture Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves designing, configuring, and implementing Oracle WCC and Enterprise Capture solutions to support document and content management requirements. The consultant will analyze business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into technical designs and workflows within Oracle platforms.

Day-to-day responsibilities include integrating WCC with Oracle and third-party applications, troubleshooting issues, optimizing system performance, and providing user training and documentation.



The role also requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to ensure successful delivery and ongoing support of content management solutions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Business Process and Consulting skills for requirement analysis, solution design, and stakeholder communication.
- Candidates should possess experience with Oracle HR and Oracle Applications to align content solutions with enterprise systems and workflows.
- Candidates should possess Integration skills to connect Oracle WebCenter Content and Enterprise Capture with other on-premises and cloud applications.
- Hands-on expertise in Oracle WebCenter Content, Oracle Enterprise Capture (or similar capture tools), and related configuration and administration.
- Ability to develop technical documentation, workflow designs, and user guides, and to support testing and deployment activities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on performance and reliability.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site in cross-functional teams in Bengaluru.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; relevant Oracle certifications are an advantage.
