Position Title: Specialist – Order fulfilment and Logistics

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Specialist – Order Management and Logistics to manage end-to-end order and cross-border shipment operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience coordinating international shipments, a working knowledge of Incoterms, and proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite and Sage) to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant order processing.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete order-to-delivery lifecycle, including order entry, processing and status tracking in NetSuite and Sage
- Coordinate cross-country/international shipments, liaising with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers
- Apply appropriate Incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF, DAP, EXW) based on shipment type, customer agreements, and regulatory requirements
- Track shipments proactively and communicate delays, exceptions, or discrepancies to internal stakeholders and customers
- Ensure accurate documentation for cross-border shipments, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs paperwork
- Reconcile purchase orders, and shipment records across systems to maintain data accuracy
- Coordinate with supplier to procurement and ensure fulfilment timelines are met




- Monitor inventory availability and flag potential fulfilment risks or delays
- Support root-cause analysis and resolution of order/shipment discrepancies (short shipments, damages, delays)
- Generate periodic reports on shipment tracking and fulfilment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–3 years of experience in order management, logistics, or supply chain operations
- Demonstrated experience handling cross-country/international shipments
- Working knowledge of Incoterms and their practical application in shipping and contracts
- Hands-on experience with shipment tracking and fulfilment processes
- Proficiency in NetSuite / Sage (order management module) — added advantage.
- Proficiency in ERP tool (order management module) – must have.
- Strong Excel skills for data reconciliation and reporting
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Solid written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, freight partners, and customers
- Ability to manage multiple shipments/orders simultaneously and prioritize under deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with customs documentation and regulatory compliance for international trade
- Exposure to freight forwarding, 3PL coordination, or import/export operations
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
