Role Snapshot

Were seeking a Payroll Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll configuration and business process expertise. The ideal candidate has handson experience in US Payroll, Union Payroll, and US Taxation, with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex payroll solutions.

Core Responsibilities

- Payroll Design & Configuration: Cost allocation, accounting distribution, payroll flows, FSM/HDL setup.
- Advisory & Client Engagement: Best practices, compliance guidance, triage sessions, client solutions.
- Payroll Operations: MidYear Balance Initialization, parallel run reconciliations, tax processing (monthly/quarterly/yearend).




- Documentation & Integration: Functional design docs, payroll interfaces, Fast Formula, module integration.
- Specialized Expertise: 401k, 403b, 457b plans; union payroll compliance.

- Qualifications
- Minimum 2 endtoend HCM implementations (2+ in HCM Cloud – US Payroll).
- Solid expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud/Fusion Payroll.
- Proven ability to configure, troubleshoot, and optimize payroll flows.
- Excellent communication and client advisory skills.
- Experience in payroll reconciliations, tax processing, and retirement plan configurations.
