Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant (Redwood UX & AI Agent)

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: Full-Time

Experience

- 8-15+ years of Oracle HCM implementation experience
- Minimum 5+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud experience
- Hands-on experience with Redwood UX implementations is mandatory
- Experience with Oracle AI capabilities in HCM Cloud is highly preferred

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in implementing Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud solutions, Redwood User Experience (UX), and Oracle AI capabilities. The consultant will be responsible for leading business workshops, solution design, Redwood adoption, AI Agent implementation, and end-to-end functional delivery across HCM modules.
