Oracle Fusion Business Analyst: India (Remote): Contract Prospect

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Business Analyst to drive business process improvement and optimisation across key stakeholder groups within the organisation. The role will focus on Oracle Fusion PLM and Oracle Fusion Cloud CX, working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams and data teams to identify inefficiencies, improve operational workflows, and support ongoing transformation initiatives.

Essential Skills & Experience

- Strong Oracle Fusion Business Analyst experience.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion PLM and/or Oracle Fusion CX.
- Oracle CPQ experience. - (CX)
- Oracle Innovation Management,



Oracle Product Development & Oracle Product Hub (PIM) - (PLM)
- Proven business process improvement and optimisation experience.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, diagnostic and troubleshooting capability.
- Experience documenting business requirements, user stories and process maps.
- Familiarity with product lifecycle management, customer experience and enterprise business processes.
- Experience working within large, complex global organisations.
- Previous Dell experience or strong familiarity with Dell's IT systems and operating processes.
