We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Techno-Functional Consultant with 5–10 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials. The candidate should have strong functional expertise across Finance modules along with hands-on technical knowledge of integrations, reporting, data migration, and troubleshooting.

The role involves understanding business requirements, designing functional solutions, coordinating with technical teams, and supporting implementation, enhancement, and production support activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements related to Oracle Fusion Financials.
- Design and configure solutions across General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management and Tax.
- Work on Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C) and other finance processes.
- Configure Finance modules including:
- General Ledger
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Fixed Assets
- Cash Management
- Tax
- Develop functional specifications and work closely with technical/development teams.
- Support Oracle Fusion integrations with third-party applications and other enterprise systems.
- Work with REST/SOAP APIs, web services and integration technologies.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is highly preferred.
- Work on BI Publisher, OTBI and Fusion Financial reporting.
- Support data migration activities using FBDI, ADFDI and other Oracle-supported tools.
- Perform requirement analysis, configuration, testing, defect resolution and production support.




- Prepare functional design documents, test scenarios, mapping documents and user guides.
- Participate in SIT, UAT and regression testing.
- Troubleshoot functional and technical issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, integration teams and offshore/onshore teams.

Mandatory Skills
- 5–10 years of experience in Oracle ERP / Oracle Fusion Financials.
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Financial modules.
- Good understanding of GL, AP, AR, FA and Cash Management.
- Robust knowledge of R2R, P2P and O2C business processes.
- Experience in Oracle Fusion configuration and functional solution design.
- Good understanding of Oracle Fusion technical architecture and integrations.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and web services.
- Experience with OTBI and BI Publisher.
- Knowledge of FBDI/ADFDI and data migration.
- Ability to write and understand SQL queries for data analysis and troubleshooting.
- Strong experience in requirement gathering, functional documentation and stakeholder management.

Good to Have
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Security, roles and privileges.
- Experience with Fast Formula, Approval Workflows and BPM.
- Exposure to Oracle Procurement, Order Management or SCM integrations.
- Experience with Oracle EBS to Fusion Cloud migration/upgrades.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON/XML and integration troubleshooting.
- Oracle Fusion Financials certification is an added advantage.
