MANDATORY SKILLS

REDWOOD EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY

- Hands-on experience with Oracle Redwood / Redwood-enabled Fusion Cloud applications is MANDATORY.
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM.
- Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Inventory (INV).
- Robust experience in Oracle Fusion Procurement / Purchasing.
- Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Order Management (OM).
- Good understanding of P2P and O2C business processes.
- Experience in Oracle Fusion SCM Implementation / Rollout / Support / Enhancement / Hypercare projects.
- Experience in FBDI, data migration, and conversion activities.
- Solid understanding of Oracle Fusion SCM configurations and functional setups.
- Experience in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Configure and support Oracle Fusion Inventory, Procurement,



and Order Management modules.
- Work on Redwood-enabled Fusion SCM applications and support Redwood-related business requirements.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle Cloud SCM solutions.
- Participate in implementation, rollout, enhancement, and production support projects.
- Perform functional analysis, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution.
- Support FBDI and data migration/conversion activities.
- Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, reports, data migration, and extensions.
- Participate in SIT, UAT, defect resolution, deployment, and post-go-live hypercare.
- Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, training documents, and user guides.
- Ensure solutions follow Oracle Cloud SCM best practices.
