Role Description The Operations Manager is a full time, on-site role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. This role oversees day-to-day restaurant operations across one or more outlets, including staff scheduling, shift supervision, inventory and supply management, and coordination with kitchen and service teams.

The Operations

Manager monitors quality standards, hygiene practices, and customer service to ensure a positive guest experience and adherence to brand guidelines.

Responsibilities include tracking sales and costs, supporting local marketing activities, managing vendor relationships,



and implementing process improvements for efficiency and consistency. The role also involves training and coaching team members, handling escalated customer concerns, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

- Experience in restaurant or retail operations management, including shift oversight and team supervision.
- Strong skills in inventory control, vendor coordination, and basic cost management.
- Ability to manage staff scheduling, training, and performance feedback in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer service and communication skills to handle guest interactions and resolve issues effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and local regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
- Prior experience as an Operations Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar role is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
