Role Description
This is a full-time in office role as an Operations Manager at Selfspin. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our bike vehicle rental service in Bengaluru. This includes managing manpoer, hubs, vehicle availability, ensuring their maintenance and cleanliness, managing bookings without delay , and providing excellent customer service to our clients.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Hands on On Excel. Leading team meetings. Ground Staff Trainings.
- Coordinating with Vendors, Planning Ground Staff Rosters, Immediate Reporting Escalations.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience in Automotive or operations or logistics management.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Manage & track inventory proactively.
- Familiarity with the local transportation industry in Bengaluru.
