About the Role

We're hiring an Operations Head to manage day-to-day business operations for our real estate projects. This role requires someone based near LB Nagar who can be in office consistently and bring hands-on real estate industry experience from day one.

Responsibilities

- Oversee end-to-end operations across sales, site visits, and customer coordination
- Manage vendor relationships, documentation, and project timelines
- Coordinate between sales, marketing, and site teams to ensure smooth lead-to-site-visit conversion
- Monitor daily operational metrics and report to leadership
- Ensure compliance with real estate regulations (RERA, local approvals, documentation)




- Handle escalations from clients and internal teams

Requirements

- 3+ years of real estate industry experience (non-negotiable)
- Must reside near LB Nagar or be willing to commute daily without relocation support
- Strong organizational and team coordination skills
- Comfortable working from office, full-time, on-site
- Prior experience in real estate sales/operations preferred (open plots, villas, or residential projects)
