Position Overview

We seek a strategic leader to oversee multi-store operations, drive operational excellence, and enhance profitability across retail/hypermarket setups. This role demands a results-driven professional to align store operations with organizational goals, optimize customer experience, and lead large teams in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership
- Develop operational strategies for sales growth, cost efficiency, and market expansion.

- Set KPIs for store performance, inventory turnover, and customer satisfaction.

- Analyze market trends to adapt strategies for competitive advantage.

- Operational Management

- Oversee daily operations of multiple stores, ensuring compliance with SOPs and brand standards.

- Optimize supply chain, logistics, and warehousing processes.

- Implement technology solutions (e.g., POS, inventory systems) to streamline workflows.

- Team Development

- Recruit, train, and mentor Store/Area Managers to foster a high-performance culture.

- Conduct performance reviews and design career development plans.

- Financial Oversight

- Manage budgets, P&L;, and cost-control initiatives to maximize profitability.

- Analyze financial reports to identify trends and actionable insights.





- Customer Experience

- Drive initiatives to elevate service quality and resolve escalated customer issues.

- Monitor feedback to refine in-store experiences.

- Vendor & Inventory Control

- Negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective partnerships.

- Ensure optimal stock levels and minimize shrinkage through audits.

- Compliance & Safety

- Enforce safety protocols and regulatory standards (e.g., health, labor laws).

- Conduct regular audits for risk mitigation.

- Cross-functional Collaboration

- Partner with Logistics, IT, and Marketing teams to align operations with business objectives.

Qualifications

- Education: Diploma/Graduate/Post Graduate in a relevant field.

- Experience: 10–15 years in Retail/Hypermarket management, including roles as Store Manager, Area Manager, or Regional Manager.

- Industry Exposure: Retail, E-Commerce, Quick Commerce, Logistics, or Warehousing.
