Job Title: Operations & Customer Experience Associate

Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Remuneration: ₹25,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and multi-faceted individual to manage the daily operations of our e-commerce brand. You will be the bridge between our beautiful handmade products and our valued customers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced setting, has a keen eye for detail, and possesses excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Order Fulfillment & Logistics

- Order Processing: Manage and fulfill all incoming orders via our e-commerce dashboard.
- Packing Oversight: Supervise the packing process to ensure every product is securely and aesthetically packaged (reflecting our brand standards).
- Shipping Coordination: Book shipments with various courier partners and generate shipping labels.
- Logistics Follow-up: Track shipments daily and proactively resolve any delays or delivery issues with courier partners to ensure timely arrival.

2. Omni-Channel Customer Support

- Direct Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for customers across all platforms: WhatsApp, Phone Calls, Email, and Social Media (Instagram/Facebook).
- Issue Resolution:



Handle queries regarding product details, order status, returns, or exchanges with a helpful and professional "customer-first" attitude.
- Lead Management: Assist potential customers with inquiries to help convert interest into sales.

3. Operational Support

- Inventory Tracking: Maintain records of stock levels and order data using Microsoft Excel.
- Data Reporting: Prepare simple weekly reports on order volumes and delivery performance.

Requirements & Skills

- Technical: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, simple formulas, sorting).
- Hardware: Candidate must own and use their own laptop for daily use at the office.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (Knowledge of Kannada is a plus).
- Aptitude: Strong multi-tasking abilities and a problem-solving mindset.
- Interest: An appreciation for home decor and the handmade/artisan industry is preferred.
