OPERATIONS DIRECTOR | MANUFACTURING & GLOBAL OPERATIONS

Our India subsidiary is the operational backbone connecting local market execution with China Headquarters — spanning finance, HR, compliance, administration, and stakeholder management.

We believe disciplined operations, accurate reporting, and strong HQ alignment together determine how effectively the business scales in India, and we're looking for a seasoned leader to own that mandate end to end.

Reporting into China Headquarters, the Operations Director owns all daily operational affairs of the India subsidiary — standardizing SOPs, driving cross-department efficiency, and acting as the core liaison between India and the Overseas Marketing Center — translating local market insight and operational data into decisions that strengthen the subsidiary's performance.

- Establish and standardize local operational SOPs; optimize cross-department workflows to improve efficiency and reduce operating costs
- Own full accountability for daily operations, including HQ-facing coordination of finance, HR, and legal/regulatory compliance
- Compile weekly/monthly/quarterly operation reports, track core KPIs, and submit analysis and improvement plans to China Headquarters
- Monitor local industry trends, competitor activity, and customer demand; propose actionable market strategies to Headquarters




- Direct local office administration, asset management, and day-to-day communication with China Headquarters
- Serve as the principal liaison between the India subsidiary and Skyworth Digital's China Overseas Marketing Center, escalating risks and coordinating resource support
- Maintain strong working relationships with local banks, credit insurance institutions, regulators, and other third-party service providers
- Build and mentor a high-performing local team, and promote operational best practices across the subsidiary

You should be a hands-on operations leader with 20+ years of progressive experience across Telecom, Semiconductor, Appliance, and Electrical & Electronics manufacturing, including exposure to subsidiary-level P&L;, HR, and compliance oversight. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is required (MBA preferred). You'll bring solid financial acumen, proven people leadership, and comfort operating across Chinese and Indian business environments, with fluent English (Mandarin a strong plus) and a solid grasp of Indian regulatory and statutory requirements.
