Position: OpenText Senior Consultant

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced OpenText xECM Senior Consultant with strong expertise in OpenText Extended ECM implementations, SAP integrations, system upgrades, workflows, and content management solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with OpenText Content Server, OTDS, Archive Server, xECM for SAP, and xECM for Engineering modules.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement, configure, and customize OpenText Extended ECM (xECM) solutions.

- Install and administer OpenText Content Server, OTDS, Archive Server, Brava, and Blazon.

- Design and develop WebReports, LiveReports, workflows, business workspaces, and forms.

- Configure and support xECM for SAP integrations (FI/CO, MM, SD) and ArchiveLink.

- Manage taxonomy structures, metadata models, classifications, and document lifecycles.

- Perform OpenText platform upgrades, patching, migrations, and performance tuning.

- Configure and support xECM for Engineering modules such as ADN, CRT, ProcessFlow, and Transmittal.

- Develop and execute document migration strategies between OpenText, SharePoint, OneDrive,



and legacy platforms.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders for requirements gathering, solution design, UAT, training, and go-live support.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience with OpenText xECM and Content Server.

- Hands-on experience with OTDS, Archive Server, Enterprise Connect, Brava, and Blazon.

- Solid knowledge of WebReports, LiveReports, Workflows, Forms, and Business Workspaces.

- Experience with SAP integration and xECM Business Objects.

- Good understanding of Content Server architecture, security, SSL implementation, and MS SQL.

- Experience in OpenText upgrades, migrations, and system administration.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Power BI and Power Automate.

- Knowledge of REST APIs, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Exposure to Engineering Document Management solutions and Contract Management workflows.

Nice to Have

- Experience across OpenText/Livelink versions 10.5, 20.x, 21.x, 23.x, and above.

- Experience working in manufacturing, energy, utilities, aviation, or engineering industries.
