Role: OnBase Lead

Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, development, and support of OnBase ECM solutions.
- Work independently with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design and implement OnBase Workflow, WorkView, Unity Forms, Document Management, and Reporting solutions.
- Lead technical discussions, solution design reviews, and architecture recommendations.
- Perform OnBase platform upgrades, migrations, and modernization initiatives.
- Lead On-Premises to Cloud migration projects, including planning, assessment, execution, and validation.
- Develop integrations with enterprise applications using APIs, web services, and middleware platforms.
- Configure document types, keywords, security models,



lifecycle management, and retention policies.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide root-cause analysis.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership to project teams.
- Ensure adherence to development standards, security requirements, and best practices.
- Support deployment, release management, and post-production stabilization activities.
- Solid stakeholder management and communication skills
