Requirements & Qualifications

- 10+ years of hands-on experience in designing Omnichannel communication platforms, with specific expertise in Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, Kamailio, and related technologies.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting networking and telephony issues using Wireshark or similar tools.
- Experience with queuing mechanisms (e.g., RabbitMQ), TTS/ASR engines (e.g., Azure, Amazon Polly, Google), WebRTC, CRM integrations, and cloud deployment (e.g., Azure, AWS).
- Robust database management skills (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, Redis, PostgreSQL) and scripting languages (e.g., Python, PHP, Perl, Java).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Certification in VoIP technologies (e.g., Asterisk Certified Engineer, FreeSWITCH Certified Specialist).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Contributions to open-source Voice projects or a strong GitHub profile showcasing relevant projects.
