We are seeking an organized, proactive, and result-oriented Office Executive to support our client onboarding, billing administration, and estimation workflows. In this role, you will be the central operational link between incoming online inquiries, client accounts, and our management team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Online Lead Management & Telecalling: Promptly follow up on incoming leads received via online marketing platforms and social media channels. Understand client requirements and schedule initial design consultations.
Payment Tracking & Collections: Actively follow up on pending payments, client billing milestones and retainers to ensure timely collections and smooth financial flow.
Preparation of Quotations: Coordinate with the architectural and interior design team to prepare accurate standard project proposals, cost estimates,
and fee quotations.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Experience: Proven experience in telecalling, front-office management, customer support, or client coordination.
Industry Preference: Experience in the Interior Design, Fit-Out, Architecture, or Construction sector will be considered a distinct advantage.
Communication: Solid verbal and written communication skills with a professional and persistent telecalling etiquette.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Google Workspace, and basic CRM/data management tools.
