- Lead, guide, and allocate duties to nursing staff.
- Monitor patient care, nursing documentation, and clinical protocols.
- Ensure proper medication administration, infection control, and patient safety.
- Handle staff rosters, attendance, inventory, and departmental requirements.
- Coordinate with doctors and other departments for smooth patient care.
- Train and mentor junior nursing staff.
- Handle oncology patients and ensure adherence to oncology/chemotherapy protocols
