Salary: Up to ₹15,000/month + Incentives

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Eligibility

- Minimum 6 months of experience in Non-IT recruitment
- Experience in sourcing, screening & coordinating candidates
- Must not be currently pursuing any education
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Personal laptop/desktop with stable internet connection

Key Responsibilities

- Understand hiring requirements and recruitment needs
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals & other channels
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers




- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records
- Build strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Share regular hiring updates with management
