About the Role:

We are looking for a Network Support Engineer with 1-3 years of experience in IT networking, server management, and firewall administration. The candidate should have hands-on experience managing IT infrastructure and be willing to travel to client locations when required for troubleshooting, deployment, and support.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Network Administration & Troubleshooting:

- Configure and manage LAN, WAN, VLANs, VPNs, and wireless networks.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Perform network diagnostics and ensure minimal downtime.

2. Server Management & Maintenance:

- Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers.
- Perform system updates, patches, and backups.
- Monitor server health and optimize performance.

3. Firewall & Security Administration:

- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot firewalls (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, Sophos, etc.).
- Implement intrusion prevention systems (IPS), VPNs, and firewall security policies.
- Conduct security audits and ensure compliance with security standards.

4. Client Support & On-Site Visits:

- Provide on-site support for clients when required.
- Deploy and troubleshoot network, firewall, and server infrastructure at client locations.
- Ensure smooth coordination between Amvion Labs and the client IT team.

5. IT Support & Collaboration:

- Assist internal teams with network, server, and security-related issues.
- Work closely with Cloud, DevOps,



and Cybersecurity teams to enhance security posture.
- Maintain documentation of network configurations and issue resolutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 1-3 years of experience in networking, cloud, server, and firewall management.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and routing protocols.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud networking.
- Experience in firewall configuration and troubleshooting (Fortinet, Cisco, Palo Alto, etc.).
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux server administration.
- Willingness to travel to client locations when required.

Preferred Certifications (Optional but a Plus):

- CCNA / CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Associate/Professional)
- AWS/Azure Network Certifications
- Fortinet NSE / Palo Alto PCNSA / Check Point CCSA
