About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Multimedia Specialist (Fresher) to join our marketing and creative team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for visual storytelling, graphic design, video content, photography, and social media.

You will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging visual content for digital campaigns, social media, websites, presentations, and other brand communication materials.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging graphics, social media creatives, banners, posters, and marketing materials.
- Assist in creating and editing short-form videos, reels, promotional videos, and corporate videos.
- Support photography and videography requirements for projects, events, and marketing campaigns.
- Edit images and videos according to brand guidelines and campaign requirements.
- Create content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, websites, and other digital platforms.
- Work with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for campaigns and promotions.
- Assist in creating presentations, brochures, catalogues, company profiles, and other marketing collaterals.
- Organise and maintain digital assets, including images, videos, graphics, and project files.
- Stay updated with current design, video, social media, and content trends.




- Coordinate with internal teams to understand creative requirements and deliver work within deadlines.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing.
- Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, or similar software.
- Good understanding of typography, colours, layouts, composition, and visual communication.
- Basic knowledge of photography and videography is an advantage.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple creative tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and creative techniques.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Multimedia, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Animation, Digital Media, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant internship/project experience are welcome to apply.
